These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of transitfortress.com (the “Site”), operated by Transit Fortress Inc. (“Transit Fortress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Use of our products and services is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, security, or availability.
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest content except as permitted by our robots.txt.

2. Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, marks, layout, and software — are owned by Transit Fortress or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Transit Fortress” and our logo are our marks. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use them.
You may view and print Site content for your own internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
3. Patent notice
One or more aspects of the technology described on the Site are the subject of pending United States patent applications.
4. Submissions
Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit confidential information through Site forms; a form submission does not create a confidential relationship. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, insurance, security, or other professional advice. Statements about planned capabilities, roadmap, or future performance are forward-looking and are not commitments or guarantees.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSIT FORTRESS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transit Fortress from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
12. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Transit Fortress regarding the Site.
